The Junior Badminton League (JBL) is India’s First Junior Badminton League that is annually held in Tamil Nadu, India under the auspices of Tamil Nadu Badminton Association (TNBA) affiliated to Badminton Association of India (BAI). The league has Ten franchises across the state. The competition is usually held in summer between May and August every year. The JBL is the most-popular Badminton league for Juniors in India; in 2023, it was ranked fourth by average attendance among all sports leagues in India. Its 2023 league was the most streamed live event on Eurosport & Jio Cinemas with 1.2 crore or 12 million viewers.
JBL became the first sporting event after IPL and ISL to have more than 40,000 attendees to watch the game.
